Trail Dog

You may remember a while ago we added Molly the collie dog to the staff :)

Finally took her out for a ride over the weekend. Little bit nervous but went well in the end.

Here she is not going particularly quick along a section on the Wall trail at Afan.

If you're at a loose end then West Wales Trails are opening their bike park to the public tomorrow.

A short promo video of our new bike park produced by State of flow films for Carms RDP grants, btw I chopped it out of the full video of grant projects hence the slightly shonky ending.

It's back (finally). I've updated the used bike and parts pages with current stock so you can now see what we have (mostly). Please call us if there is anything you'd like to know, I'll be adding more parts such as wheels and cranksets over the next couple of days so keep an eye on it.

Sunday Ride

At last a break in radio silence :) I've actually found the time to write something about last Sunday's ride, and it wasn't our usual trail bike ride at Bike Park Wales
We fancied something different so set off for Van Road near Caerphilly for a day of dirt jumping.

Really it was a spot of dirt jumping for Gwyn and Callum and day of seeing if myself Jamie and Stewart could be less rubbish than the last time we did any jumping. I have to say the excellent jumps helped us progress further than expected.  It's only around and hour from Swansea and well worth a visit.

Local band Lost Tuesday Society (whose lead singer Sarah is Nick's better half) has released the first video from their debut album and very good it is too!
